OUR STORY

The Story of Venom Vodka

It was a warm summer day on the Colorado River when Kim Blaylock, and Mark Miceli, both veteran firefighters got inspired to become partners in the Vodka business. With the picturesque Arizona desert terrain in the background and the beautiful Colorado River flowing by, their vision was born over a handshake and morning coffee. As they pondered the possibilities, it seemed only fitting that the vodka name reflect where the vision came to life, hence the name Venom from the venomous desert wildlife. They weren’t sure how to get started on this venture but one thing was certain, they wanted a top shelf, ultra premium vodka with a classy bottle design. The beautiful Medusa “Serpent” Goddess seemed a perfect fit. Known to be venomous, beautiful and captivating to all, she became the sleek, classy design of their Venom label. The ingredients however, took many years of research, classes and tastings to develop. And although Mark has since retired from the business, his creativity and vision live on in the product.

We are proud to present the gold medal winning Venom Vodka. Made in small batches in San Diego County, from the freshest all natural corn base grain. This gluten free vodka is distilled 13 times and filtered 10. This time consuming process is what distinguishes Venom Vodka as top shelf vodka. From the beautiful captivating Medusa on their label, to their ultra smooth vodka, their hearts went in to this product.

Kim and Mark always say they were blessed with the two best jobs in the world, fighting fires and making vodka. However, they will always be firefighters at heart. And, that fact is printed on the bottle where they pledge to give back to support firefighter charities.

Uncork and Enjoy!
